AI Roadmap
Find out where AI actually pays off in your business: what to build, what to buy and what to skip. A plan from a CTO who starts with your processes and numbers, not with tools.
Good fit if
- You want to adopt AI but don't know where it pays off
- You want to cut time on routine work without adding headcount
- You're getting AI and automation pitches and need an independent view
- You want faster delivery and lower costs, not an AI experiment
- You already have AI automations and want them reviewed

Decide build, buy or skip
Every opportunity gets a clear decision, an impact estimate and a cost, explained in business terms.
Plan and deliver
You get the roadmap and we go through it on a call. In the top tier, one process is automated and handed over to your team.

- Anything that shows how you work: process docs, examples of briefs, reports or meeting notes
FAQ
Do I need a technical team?
No. The roadmap is written for business owners. Whether automations need developers depends on the solution. For work outside this project, I can build it separately or help you find the right team.
How is this different from hiring an automation freelancer?
A freelancer automates the process you point at. I look at the business first: how your processes work, where time and money go, and what's worth changing. I've done this for companies like Goodyear, Virgin and STIHL.
Which process gets automated in the top tier?
We choose it together after the audit, from the "build" part of your roadmap. One workflow, up to 3 connected tools and one AI step. Tool subscriptions and access stay on your side. Larger automations get a separate quote.
Is my data safe?
Yes. I'm happy to sign an NDA. I recommend business plans of AI tools that don't train on your data, and I don't need access to your systems until the automation stage.
Can you help with the rest of the roadmap?
Yes. Further automations, a wider AI rollout, or ongoing fractional CTO support can be a separate engagement.
